PTA Friends of Widney

Widney is proud to have a thriving PTA which has been active for more than 25 years.

The PTA has the primary aim of raising funds to purchase luxury items and supporting learning experiences. In 2015-16, the PTA raised funds for additional i-pads, Forest School clothing, a defibrillator and books for the non-fiction library.

In 2016-17 the PTA raised funds for more iPads, enhanced classroom libraries and funded the extension to the adventure playground.

In 2017-18 the PTA plan to purchase more PCs, continue to enhance classroom libraries and the outdoor play area.
